The “Guide to Local & Sustainable Sourcing” is an independent 72-page publication that catalogues local production in the Yverdon-les-Bains region. The project was led by Régis Matthey, with support from the city’s sustainability programme, and produced in collaboration with a local printing house. In this guide, you’ll discover the stories and anecdotes of nearly 30 grocers and producers, and, above all, find practical tips for sourcing local and sustainable products.
